Our Experience
We directly own and manage a portfolio that has included more than 250 residential properties, primarily single‑family, affordable, and workforce housing, overseeing acquisition, renovation, leasing, management, and dispositions.
Our Process
Invest as principal in first‑lien mortgages, mezzanine debt, and equity alongside other real estate sponsors, with a focus on housing and mixed‑use projects.
Our Flexibility
We structure and manage “one‑off” single‑purpose entities for each investment, including sourcing deals, underwriting, drafting offering materials, raising investor capital, and servicing both investments and investors.
